Installing the System
Your system that measures the business isn't Dave or Dale or Bill or Rita. Your system isn't the person — it's the system. The last session installs it and sends you home with a 90-day plan.
The system isn't the person
If your reporting lives in one person's head, you don't have a system — you have a countdown. The day that person leaves, the program leaves with them.
The final session bakes everything into your operating system: the monthly run-rate tracker, a cadence for sitting the workshop again as the company grows, and a written 90-day plan you walk out with — so the program runs from a company of one to a company of a thousand.
Inside session 4.
The run-rate tracker
Aim versus actual, every month, on total revenue, total expense and total profit — standing, not one-off.
Your 90-day plan
Written before you leave the room. You could run this format four times a year and never get tired of it.
The repeat cadence
Sit for it once a year minimum — two to four times if you're serious. You'll hear it differently every time.
Onboarding by workshop
When you hire the second person, send them through. When they're replaced, send the next one. The program survives.
From one to one thousand
Until you're a billionaire making well north of $10 billion a year, you still need to do these things.
No consultants required
That's the whole point: everything we'd do on your behalf, handed over — so you don't have to hire us.
Then the loop starts again. Next quarter you sit for it, hear it differently, and sharpen the run rates you defined on day one.
You definitely belong in Reporting Secrets.
Installing the System is one of four sessions in the Reporting Secrets workshop — $997, live, all four included.
